Popular with the after-dinner bar crowd, Scratch's (as it is called by locals) opens a Tiki Bar on an outside patio during the warm weather. The Tiki Bar features an outdoor bar, lounge chairs and a couch section along with tables with umbrellas and tiki torches.

I like the bartenders here; Stark and Healy are always great. But the atmosphere doesn't match the clientel and the lounge atmosphere is horrible. ...
