Happy hours ahead

We cleaned up after the round and headed into Dewey to begin Happy Hour somewheres as a lead-up to the Old 97's show, scheduled for later that night at The Cork. Stopping at Nalu, located on the ocean side of Dickinson Street, turned out to be a good idea, considering the 4-6 p.m. happy hour was in full swing, with plates of wings at a reduced $4 and Miller Lite drafts just $2.
Around 8:30 p.m. we headed for the obligatory stop at the Rudder on a Thursday night, where the rock-reggae-ska contingent of the Bullbuckers were paying a visit to the bayside deck, visiting from New Castle County.
We listened to their brass-and-base-driven tunes for about an hour, while the Phillies-Rays game beamed from TVs all over the back bar.
