Luckily the weather held out pretty well this weekend, so we hit up the 1st Annual Bellefonte Arts Festival on Saturday. The local art community hosted a variety of works ranging from music, photography, painting, textiles, and more! -- Amanda Kearns and Nick Rizzo from The Gypsy Bead.
