The Wilmington Grand Prix returns again for its second year as a stop on the U.S.A. Cycling National Race Calendar Series. We dropped by the downtown area on Friday to check out the scene at the Grand Prix Kick off party. The outdoor block party featured live music, local restaurant grub, and a chance to meet the racers. -- Here's Hollywood and The Final Cut as they perform for the crowd.
