prices are about $2 higher than listed in the price list on here. very skimpy quanties of meat on all sandwitches. lots of attitude from the management, 3 -4 sub shops within a mile that over much better value.

I have never seen so many disgusting people in my life. No security or order. Drunks harass people coming from the YMCA and the restaurant next door. The Owner or manager does NOTHING about it. As a former meadowood resident this people needs to be shut down
MattyDircon wrote about Palacio Maya
The wait staff all seem to either have a chip on their shoulders or are incompetent. Recently, one made a mistake in my order and then claimed it was MY fault. She was nasty for the rest of the meal. No excuse for that. I can't count the times I've waited for food only to have the waitress come back to ask--AGAIN--whether I wanted a corn or a flour tortilla. They do no write things down--bad idea. Food quality is so-so. Last few visits chips have been stale and cold; one recent visit they tasted of rancid fat and were inedible. Last night's taco dish I ordered was completely tasteless--not even an wimpy American version of Mexican. What's up with that?! I love squeezed fresh lime margaritas--but theirs are overly sweet and pretty awful. On Wednesday nights, when I often have gone with a friend, they have taken to having a singer--who turns up the sound to be heard above a noisy crowd. Chatting during dinner becomes impossible. This is certainly no plus. Finally, the menus are not kept clean, but are greasy to the touch. Yuck.

At first glance it seems like a pretty nice place until i got my food and there were black bugs crawling on my plate. I went to the bathroom and.saw the same bugs on the sink. So i left and was followed to my car by a woman stating she was the owners girlfriend and rhat i tacky for only leaving a 2.00 tip. Instead of questioning my money they should question there quality of service 2.00 tip was too much for the what i went through

this place is definetly for people over 40 trying to party like the 70's ; if your into drinking moderatly priced beer and packing your nose full of snow then this is your place. The bar is dirty and the women are dirter. 2 stars based on you can get what you want there.
osselbornej wrote about Original House of Welsh
My husband and I went to the House of Welsh because it was advertised in our Hotel Directory and was noted as being a historical family restaurant. The dishes in the ad looked great and seafood was noted as their specialty. The location was easy to find, so we decided to give them a try. We arrived at 5:00p on New Year's Day - there was NO ONE in the restaurant and we waited for 15 minutes for a waitress to come out and see us, although I called "Hello?, Hello?" Once seated and during our entire meal, through 6:15p, only 2 other elderly couples arrived for the dinner rush. That should have warned us away. Our waitress would remind one of Tony Soprano's crazed sister, Janice. When we arrived and looked over the menu, I asked her about the family's history as there was a long article about it on page 2 of the menu. I asked her which member of the family was running the restaurant, currently. She told us that she had only worked there a few months and had no idea who was in charge. One of the relatives, she guessed. So much for knowing the menu. The restaurant was out of several items and the waitress was unable to accommodate my husband's request for unseasoned, plain food, in nearly all cases. It became immediately apparent that all of the food was processed, from a food service distributor, and that the restaurant just heated and plated it. There was no home cooking happening here. The waitress could not take an order for anything freshly prepared. Our food took a long time to come out and when it did, my fish sandwich was on 2 kaiser rolls instead of a hoagie roll, as they were out of them. My husband ordered a completely plain piece of rock fish with no oils or seasoning - it smelled very fishy, like fish going bad. We ate - the food was very mediocre and not at all memorable. It certainly was not plated with any pizzazz and felt like cafeteria food. When we were done, I presented our waitress with a coupon from the hotel guide. She told us that she didn't know how to process a coupon and that we were getting a good price already. At that point, we told her not to worry about it, as we just wanted to get the hell out of there - it felt like we had fallen down a wormhole and had landed in a geriatric twilight zone. We left - approximately 5 hours later, my husband started to vomit and vomited all night with what doctor's at the emergency room felt was food poisoning. Happy New Year's Day, right? Do not waste your time or money eating at this restaurant. The food and service are horrible, the decor is late 70's, and the other few guests are late 80' & 90's. Do not make yourself sick when there are so many other choices in the Fenwick/Ocean City areas. So sorry that this family restaurant's history does not deliver today - they have been in business since 1900. I'm pretty sure the fish they fed us had been frozen in their backroom since that time, too. Stay away and stay safe!

I have to agree with the last reviewer that the first had an outlier experience. Comegys is a great bar. I've been there a few times and always found everyone really friendly, but definitely a bit older and there for the party. The photography of Fred Comegys is the number one reason to come to this bar. His work is amazing and he's a true legend in the area. If you appreciate great photography and want to have a few brews, maybe watch a game with loud group of characters this is the place to be.
WillieJordan commented on Is Adam Richman up to the Great Steak Challenge?
is Adam as crazy about about Kutchie and Anita's Key Lime Pie Factory and Grill as everyone here is? We can't find a single person that doesn't swear about how wonderful Kutchie and Anita's pies are. Kutchie and Anita are a really hard working married husband and wife team and perfected the art of key lime pies many years ago. We have heard that they have been offered millions for they're secret key lime pie recipe from some very large companies. We just love them and they're key lime pie factory and grill to no end. It's wild, it's wearied, it's the most wonderful place on earth! All we can say is Mmmmm. Wish we had some right now.

One of my favorite spots in West Chester, PA. Chill atmosphere, friendly patrons and staff, a good variety of coffee drinks. After reading the one other review on here by "Avis", I felt prompted to make one necessary correction: Fennario Coffee doesn't make food; it never has. It sells the usually coffee shop stuff, like brand name candy bars and snacks. With that said, I doubt Avis has ever been to Fennario coffee or knows anything about its folks, drinks, or atmosphere.

Had the pleasure of eating here on Monday the 13th of August. Had their delicious crab cakes and my spouse had the ahi tuna. both were done to perfection and incredibly good. I highly recommend it. They alsio have a great children's menu for those with little ones. Can't say enough about the choicolate kiss martini either!!!

I always come to this place for the best Ruben sandwich for miles but not today. It was toasted and not grilled. Bread was dry and hard. There was no thousand Island or Russian dressing in it at all, very little sourcrout. I will say that what there was of the mean was tender, lean and good but the rest was ucky. I ordered a salad instead of fries and the lettice was wilted, and dried out. all in all it was a very disappointing visit. Plus you make this very hard to do, maybe so no one will fill it out????
AmandaBrewer wrote about The Harmony Grange
I've gone to a lot of local shows in NJ, DE, and PA. This venue was the absolute worst. It was dirty, disgusting bathrooms, and most importantly AWFUL sound. Fans got in trouble for moshing at a metal show. We were threatened that the show would be shut down if people didn't stop moshing, AT A METAL SHOW! On top of it all the show was so disorganized. If you're an up and coming band, The Harmony Grange is NOT the venue you want to book. They charged extra for unsold tickets even though our group brought nearly 100 people to their tiny venue. I would never recommend this venue to either bands or fans!

This place is AWFUl and they prey on tourists. We ordered shrimp dinner which wasn't deveined or shelled, it was awful. Additionally, we got the "1/4 pound crab cakes" which were definitely not a 1/4 pound. We called and complained and the manager was rude and argumentative, do not go folks!!

This hidden gem is right under everyone's nose! Near the intersection of Route 1 (Baltimore Pike) and Route 202 (Wilm./West Chester Pike). The food is outstanding--high quality steaks & seafood to beat any steakhouse in the area...great service -- caring, friendly staff. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning - relaxing, beautiful decor. The owner & management/staff care about pleasing their customers. Happy Hour is THE BEST in the Delaware/Pennsylvania area!!! Once you try this place, you ll be hooked. Had Prime Rib dinner (which includes baked potato, vegetable...unlike other steak houses!!!)....melt in your mouth heavenly. You can t miss with this restaurant - great for parties, meetings, too.

on the rocks is a good place to hang out with friends. it's a small bar but cozy enough for a relaxing time. they offer karaoke every night and their staff is friendly and efficient. The only negative thing I can say about on the rocks is that they don't offer food. I would rate them a perfect 5.0 if they offered food as well. But they do allow you to order food from the pizza place or chinese place located next door to them.

My partner and I were discriminated against at the Summerhouse, because we were gay. I was so furious about it I sued them through the state's Human Relations Commission and WON, Unanimously! I'll never go to any of the Big Fish Restaurant Group restaurants, which includes the Summerhouse, Big Fish and now Salt Air. Do a search online for all the details.

I called to schedule my child's 8th birthday party there. I was informed pony rides would be held there on May 19, 2012 from 11-2pm and their sign stated this information as well. However, once my party arrived we were informed the pony rides were canceled. All the children at the party were devastated. One staff member said come back in five minutes and the kids could feed the horses. When we came back in five minutes no staff were able to be found. When I called the office to complain there response was a flat "sorry to hear that". Never plan your chld's birthday party here! Their uncaring and lack customer service skils!

THIS MUSEUM IS NOT THE TYPICAL SMALL TOWN MUSEUM! PROFESSIONALS HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN AT WORK HERE. THE STORY OF A SMALL TOWN AT THE HEADWATERS OF THE NANTICOKE RIVER THAT FLOWS INTO THE CHESAPEAKE BAY IS LAID OUT CHRONOLOGICALLY SO THAT FOLLOWING THE HISTORY OF THE TOWN AND REGION IS LIKE FOLLOWING THE HISTORY OF THE NATION. THE TOWNS MARITIME ROOTS OF SHIP BUILDING, STEAMBOATS, OYSTER PACKING, MERGES WITH THE OTHER BUSINESSES IN ALL TOWNS. THE LINK BETWEEN THE RIVER AND THE RAILS IS SHOWN AS HOW A TOWN IN THE MID TO LATE 1800'S BECAME THE REGIONAL SHOPPING AREA FOR THE ENTIRE TRIBUTARY. IT IS A GREAT STORY.. WORTH VISITING... AND THE ROSS PLANTATION IS NEARBY TO VISIT ALSO!

Last night, my best friend and I decided to check out this bar, because it looked pretty crowded, and we figured it to be a fun local spot.. As soon as we walked in the door, an extremely foul stench smacked us in our faces. It REEKED in there. It was so bad that we could only choke down one drink, and then promply we had to leave before we vomited that drink back up. Please bring a clothes pin for your nose if you want to come to this place. It smelled like some one dropped a deuce in the dance floor and all those fools were dancing in it... UGH!!! WRETCHED... NEGATIVE 5 stars rating...
