What we want to know: How did Madoff Gekko rise to fame on Wall Street? Who did he work for, and who did he stomp over in his rise from junior-level trader to king of the world? Also, in a subplot that would still resonate today, how’d he grease the wheels at the SEC?

Suggested casting: Any out-of-work, twentysomething investment banker would do, but how about a highly-caffeinated Jeremy Piven, transplanted from “Entourage’s” Beverly Hills to Manhattan, duking it out in the trading pit?
