Bow and arrow is the new gun
Maisie Williams' pint-sized character shot an unexpected arrow in the premiere episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones, making it clear she was not to be trifled with. "Anyone can pick up a sword and stab someone," says Williams. "It's not easy with a bow and arrow. It shows she's working hard."
Williams is working hard too. She learned to shoot left-handed like her character, Arya Stark. "It was quite tricky, but I thought I would be true to the character," she says.
