Since 1957, the Post-House has long been a Newark hub for truckers, townies and students alike. It was recently given a Historic Preservation Award by New Castle County, but it's known for its phenomenal grilled cinnamon buns and Delaware specialty, scrapple. Don't let its small size and bland demeanor fool you -- the cheap breakfast sandwiches and comfort food (Franks n' Beans, anyone?) will soon make up for it.

youi forgot the best meal in the place, the postburger and their great fries. been eating there 53 years.
